Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn.
- In its original packaging.
- With all original tags and labels still attached.
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund or may incur a restocking fee.
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products, perishable goods, or digital downloads. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] or call us at 405-408-3545.
- Provide Information: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send your item back without first receiving an RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all original tags and accessories. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after completing the inspection. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you haven’t received a refund yet after the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product altogether, please initiate a return for the original item as described above and then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest service and availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at [email protected] or 405-408-3545. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for such cases.
